From pre planning to post-tournament wrap up, Westridge Golf Club’s professional staff will go the extra mile to guarantee your next outing runs smoothly. We gladly provide score sheets and will post scores in our clubhouse or wherever you wish. Special events such as longest drive, closest to the pin, and longest putt can be added to any hole.

Cart Assignments: We clearly label each cart with player names and/or company name. Carts will be lined up according to tee time and hole assignment to help with traffic. Also, all carts will be equipped with score cards, pencils, and any other items upon request.

Registration Table:
Multiple tables can be provided and placed anywhere you wish upon request.

Hole Contests:
Not only are we glad to offer contest hole suggestions, we also take care of the setup and takedown process. We provide prize hole markers, sign stakes, and anything else needed upon request. Sitting in the carts will be reminders of contest holes.

Sponsor Signs:
Our staff will place signs throughout the course prior to tee off and pick them up when your group is finished. All groups must provide the signage.

Refreshments:
Beverage carts will be scattered conveniently throughout the course for the entire duration of your outing. We carry a wide variety of drinks ranging from Iced tea and coffee to mixed drinks. Add a few snacks and you’re set for the perfect day with friends. Pre-buy drink tickets can be requested as well.

Lunch at the turn:
An outdoor grill can be set up between the 9th and 10th holes to greet the golfers with brats, burgers, and hot dogs. Pre-paid lunch tickets can be added upon request.

Dinner Banquet:
Sit back, relax, and let us serve you after or during your outing. Outings receive discounts on all banquets. Call to discuss food specifications, each group is unique!

Scoring:
After your round is over, we collect scorecards and post results on a large score sheet. Once all the scores are posted we will hand the score sheet over for you to do as you wish with the results.
